The way Eric managed Ajax was a joy for all football fans over the world. Give him time and you get the brilliant games, like the Fa Liverpool and Fa City games. He is a tactical genius and good in developing young players. It was a terrible year for all the United fans, but the last game was brilliant and I am still buzzing about the second Mainoo goal. That had the signature of Ten Hag.

I didn't know masses about him as I don't watch Everton so was unsure. But this vid seems to suggest he's got potential. My main worry is price. I think our squad is so paper thin that we need quality AND quantity. Plus i always think big price tags have a negative impact on a lot of players

In my view, we'd be mad not to try and make an attempt. He's young, two-footed, home grown, demonstrated he's versatile enough to play in contrasting systems and has bags of potential. Due to Everton's PSR position, if Amadou Onana goes nowhere and nobody else goes in for Branthwaite, we should be able to get him for less than the asking price.

I know he is a good player but yet, everton using our weakness same as other clubs for the pass 10 years, by giving the highest price tag for the players we need the most. So if I'm INEOS i'd pass Branthwaite and go for the cheaper players that as good as him.

Not often for a club like Everton to have a prized player of massive potential on their books and they could easily sell Onana (plenty of interest) and still demand what they're asking for for Branthwaite. I want the deal to go through but I think we still have that reputation that we'll pay anything like the previous years under those idiots that turned us into a laughing stock for so many years.

A lot was not mentioned about his weaknesses here. He is not the best 1v1 defender in central areas when he's the last man, as we saw vs Manchester City. While his passing was good at PSV, most of them were not progressive (only 5% are progressive) . He is also not press resistant.
