Hey bro.. thank you!! (It's quiet around here) : ) I wish I had more time to do more. I used OBS to record. I overlayed two recordings for this one.

@@Arturian.music.official Yes i was wondering after reading your description, i use OBS too, but i must pair it with Voicemeeter, otherwise OBS won't recognise the daw for some reason... Though it's most likely a bit different between FL and S1, i don't have to overlay several recordings, but i guess using Voicemeeter is not ideal either, there must be some workarounds... Do you know what is the issue forcing you to divide between more than 1 recording, maybe CPU limitations or something else ?

@@VinceMenger Oh, voicemeeter complicates matters i guess. Frustrating. I don't have experience with it, wish I could help. The reason for layering was either CPU issues or that I just didn't want to scroll down during recording. Can't remember, :) but there are some plugins that drain my CPU for sure. How long have you been producing?

@@Arturian.music.official Yes i think Voicemeeter eats up some CPU and makes it difficult to get decent sound while recording, but i'll check for other solutions ;). Some plugins are hard on cpu indeed, and OBS is quite demanding as well, we can also lower the video quality a bit if needed, but yeah. Been producing electronic music somewhat consistently for 2 years, before that a few tries here and there, my main focus was playing piano. How long for you ?

@@VinceMenger 2 years of consistent (even somewhat) producing has done you very well. I'll have to dive into your prior tracks soon. My wife got me hooked on FL back in 2012. lol But I haven't had the time to work at it consistently. I do love it, but have never been able to decide on a genre. I like so many. :) Is trance your favorite.. or psytrance? or..
