做得佢個女真係比返工更慘，有啲咁嘅阿媽，夜晚被逼練大提琴練好多個鐘，然後再完成功課，而且功課仲要有10幾樣根本冇覺好瞓不特止，仲要鬧咗個女10幾年，太離譜了，咁搞法仲唔有抑鬱就呃人啦。

Well!! In my professional course of studies, I studies some subjects of psychology, life-span development and leadership. In psychology, there is a term of self-actualization in Maslow's triangle of need; of which represents the full-potential of human being. However, the critical thinking questions are: Does everyone need to be self-actualized? What can be metrically measure for it? What should we determine it in objective and subjective manner (or not)? Should we merge and combined self-actualization with esteem needs (the lower level)? What should be a goal(s) set for self-actualization????????????????? Furthermore, in term of leadership, appropriate goal setting are important. I would suggest that we should set multi-level-goals, of which the life direction should include "realistic goal" and "ambitious goal". Moreover, in term of of life span development, teenage / adolescence is a period of time that youth would experience lots of stresses. These include physical and mental stresses. In the case of this TV program, the teenage girl's stress / pressure resulted self-harm and suicide when purity (ie. 12-20 yrs. old) because of there are lots of brain chemistry changes as well as emotional change. Therefore, stress reduction technique and setting rational goals for life are essential for teenagers. What will be your opinion???????
