Punishment by withholding intimacy, love and sex. Been through that, definitely and this was before I even knew what narcissism and gaslighting were. But looking back on it now, all that mean and nasty grandiosity and gaslighting was pretty f#$king pathetic on her part. One thing studying narcissism and gaslighting does, it actually helps a person find closure that a narcissist will never give and it helps clear up a lot of confusion caused by gaslighting. Anyone know that heavy fog of confusion that weighs you down and you just want things to make sense again? Studying what you've dealt with does give clear answers that can lift and remove that heavy horrible fog of confusion from our burdens. When it happens, things make sense again and it's a relief knowing you're not crazy. It's like a long waited overdue reinvigorating breath of fresh air that you've been deprived of for too long. Studying will give some relief where it's desperately needed but there are some things that will always stick with us though. The difference is though that a good academic knowledge will give us an edge that we didn't have before. It's more than worth it's investment in time.

I think more and more men (or at least i know i am anyway) are just beyond sick to death of being unfairly and falsely stereotyped. I'm probably what most of this generation would refer to as a "nice guy" (though I certainly wouldn't entirely agree, especially since I know exactly what people nowadays really mean when they use that phrase). But the way they've completely distorted that stereotype is honestly borderline terrifying. Don't be fooled... I'm nice to those who earn it, by simply treating me as a human being with basic human dignity. And just because I don't prefer confrontation, doesn't mean I'm afraid of it. As for relationships... well, what if I told you not every "nice guy" (or ANY guy) necessarily wants a relationship? I'm sure if I REALLY wanted one, I might have very little to no problem simply going out to meet someone. But personally, I simply don't see it as a worthy pursuit for myself. This doesn't mean I look down on those who DO choose to partake in it. My disenfranchisement largely lies with society as a whole (regardless of gender) subscribing to the most ridiculous ideologies imaginable. Indoctrinations with titles like "this is why nice guys are actually the real assholes", "why I actually hate nice guys", etc.. In reality, all its doing is further driving the great divide between us as a people.

Anyone ever had a date with a beautiful model that was interested in you but after that first date, you decided you didn't want another? I didn't like it when she made our server cry and I caught some suttle gaslighting too. I wasn't ganna keep her around so she could eventually try to gaslight me too. And when she made our server cry, she did it in a very suttle way. So people, listen to YourWingmam here. I've noticed that she's got some advice that works with narcissists too and she mentioned some in this video here.

It was brought out, "Don't Not React." I know this does apply to normal relationships, but that's how you beat narcissists at their own game and safely get rid of them if you should ever find yourself in a relationship with one. Why is not reacting an effective way to deal with them? Because the reactions they provoke from us are "LITERALLY" their drug of choice. It's called Narcissistic Supply. If they don't get their regular fix of it, they're no different than any other junkie going through withdrawals. I definitely know it's easier said than done with a narcissist because they take cruel, nasty and hurtful to a whole other level. But if they can't provoke their desired reaction from us, no Narc Supply for the emotional junkie vampire. That's when they lose interest, discard us and move on to who they know their next supply. Also, ask yourselves how a dope dealer handles a good customer who is starting to be a serious problem. Well, if they've been a good customer, the dope dealer just has a little sit down and heart to heart with them and means business when they say, "Straighten up and pull your shit together boy!!!😤😡. Or no more dope for you.🤨." It's not easy but if you can be like a Zen master in withholding your reactions from the narcissist, then you're the dope dealer and the narc is your unruly customer. You can also handle a narcissist like that but I'd strongly recommend just getting them completely out of your life safely and quickly. Things never get better with a narcissist, only worse. Things only get better again without the narcissist.

Actually it makes sense to disagree with her. Well, it's ganna happen sooner or later anyways. And I'm not encouraging gaslighting here. There's no need for it anyways. You're eventually ganna find something you both disagree on. You just can't be afraid to disagree when it happens. Look at it like this. If you're not afraid to disagree with her, how scared will you be when you have to disagree for her?

Hey, I'm not ganna hold it against you for refusing to watch this video. You just described a beautiful gemstone that survived a toxic environment and came out a conquerer of it. Instead of letting herself become toxic like everyone around her, she chose instead to be a genuine and kind person. Sir, what you're saying here is sounding all too familiar to me. And that's why I'm asking you sir, if it would be OK for me to ask you if you could please tell your wife that I'm proud of her for choosing to be who she is? I know it was everything except easy in a lot of places for her. And sir, after things she's been through, I'm glad to see that you hold her value so close to you and I can tell it really means something special to you. Thank you for sharing this.
