Is the Watch getting it's time because it is sync to your phone via Bluetooth?

This is fantastic! I havnt done anything near this small but I have made a clock using my own neopixel ring! I found that having the colors fade rather that be on or off makes a work of difference aesthetically. For example 2.5 minutes would be one led set to half brightness and the other set to half brightness. Also rather than having the seconds or minutes (for example) overlap have the two different colors merge. Example: HOUR_LED_COLOR = {0,0,255} MINUTE_LED_COLOR = {0,255,0} then when they over lap you can do something like {0,128,128}. Reason they're each 128 and not 255 is because, at least for me, I wanted the LEDs to have constant brightness even when the colors overlap. Doing this in combination with fading one led into another overall really smooths out the visual feel to it. Please don't take this as criticism this is just a suggestion. I dont even have the skill to design and produce a watch with those parts at the size, its extremely impressive. Good luck with future projects and have a good day!

What battery did you use? How long can you use it before recharge? Because it has to be disconnected to be recharged, right?
@shadown19920107 жыл бұрын
It is currently using a 3.7V 100mAh lithium ion battery (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0137KTPP0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) So far I have run two tests: 100% brightness (too bright to view) and 5% brightness (my optimal view preference). 100% brightness - 2hr 22mins 5% brightness - 5hr 45mins This is without any bluetooth or further battery optimizations. I am also looking into upgrading to a 500mAh battery as there is still plenty of room left to add a bigger battery. You do have to disconnect to recharge, however the batteries are very cheap ($2-7) and can be swapped while the other is charging.

+ElfNet Gaming I'm actually using an automatic Glade Air Freshener modified with an H-Bridge and controlled with an Arduino and a BlueSMiRF Bluetooth Module. I've added my Instructable in the description!

Pretty good cover! A bit too fast at some parts though... Sadly. but that's just my opinion. Btw, did you play this by ear or with sheet music?
