a lot of babies with cows milk allergy also react to soy... so if they can't have either, then how can we give them the nutrients they need? what can we give them to replace it

Well brainwashed by the US Dairy Board. Cow milk has been excessively promoted by them to benefit the commercial dairy and farming industry. To grow cows, the fields have been extended and explored, while the cow stocks are caged and artificially fed. The present state of unhealthy diet, misleading consumerism, environmental destructions, and oddly increasing dependence on medicines and pharmaceuticals is making the industries richer and the consumers sicker, and no good health is attained. Although no conclusive, just like any scientific hypothesis, cow milk is suspected for the cause of breast cancer, stomach issues, and lactose intolerance. You can take calcium, iron, and other essential minerals from alternative sources. We don't need to be deceived and misguided by the corporate and industrial marketing and promotion.

I love this! I want to make a change with my children’s health! Just because junk is put out to us, it doesn’t mean we must take it. I want my children to have a food foundation that helps and not harms them! Thank you for this!

I am a new foster parent who is also a current psychology major. I've done a lot of personal research into nutritional psychiatry, which has of course naturally led me to the Mediterranean Diet use in treatment of mental health disorders. However, there are several diagnosis that are prevalent when a child is in care, most of these suggest doing away with grains and gluten as well. This leads me to my question. How in the works does someone go about feeding a child the Mediterranean diet without gluten or grains?

My son is 10 months old. If I leave food in tray he only plays with it like a toy and drops it on floor. Then I’m nervous he doesn’t get the half calories supposed from solid, and I spoon feed him. Even spoon feeding him is hard and he shuts his mouth. I’m really disappointed

How much would you say is a good baseline for adults when it comes to supplements? 50% more than what is recommended for children or double, triple?

I got everything except sleep. I realized the major factor, I just doubled my food intake(not fast food) and suddenly I'm rapidly growing(and I'm way sleepier now). Streching and raising my heart beat(exercise, cardio probably the best) also helps.

Thank you for a bit more peace of mind. With my toddlers eating. My bb is 13 months and I've gotten into the habit of feeding her on the go because when we sit at the table and I let her do it the food is just thrown on the floor. I dont want to feed her myself but if she has thrown all the food on the floor do I just take that as she's done?

Hello and thank you for the information! What do you think about spooning of the toenails? That is what my toddler has that brought me here to iron supplementation. My son almost 2 and very hesitant to eat any meat. I offer it every day but he just uses quality dairy for protein.
