I generally find them hidden under weed more often than sand, this gun is only 80

Is that super strange behaviour for a whiting to just be chilling in deep water? I only ever see them in the sandy shallows

I was in 2.5 metres of water, the camera must make it look deeper than it is 😂

The legal size is 28cm & the last one was 34cm. Fish just happen to look a lot smaller in the water compared to when there out.

Great vid, what size gun have you got? Looking to start around PPB but not sure if I should grab a 90cm or 110cm

Thanks mate, I use a 90cm gun in the video because it’s all you really need for PPB, most the fish I target 90cm suits just fine
