@@jessicaferguson7978 I did! So it takes a good 10-15 gos to loosen the collapse, it’s very stiff to begin with . You shift the grey button to the left and squeeze the black button at the same time, and push it down with a bit of force. Then it should collapse. Hope that helps hun xx

@@user-ir2wn9bf1b ours did eventually close but it takes some brute force sorta. Just gotta keep pressing the button to collapse it and keep wiggling it, ours eventually seemed to go. Same for folding it over the second time to get it flat, the pull thing under the seat, it's attached to two round parts that rotate and release catches I'm guessing. I wiggle the round bits that twist while putting pressure on the seat and it's eventually goes with a bit of a bang lol.

It's not clear in the video, but once you have folded the seat down, you have to really yank the RUBBER handle. It will fold !

There is one design aspect I don’t like and affects safety. The back is not locked to the base and can pivot forward quite a long way, so in an accident the full mass of the back increases the effective mass of the child and the pressure on the child’s chest from the seat belt. This partially negates the value of the isofix mounts, which are supposed to lock the whole seat to the car not the child.
