Curious as to wether or not your ever got this scope fixed up. I've just picked one up myself.

Original insoles don't offer any support. Never size up to accomodate an insole. Superfeet can actually reduce your shoe size by up to half a size by preventing your foot from elongating when striking the ground. They should always be trimmed to the size of your original insole or 1-2mm shorter for flex. I was a superfeet and running shoe dealer for 18 years.

Nice ride and the picture quality is nice and stable. I especially like that gravel section. It is interesting how that small region is in a very arid climate. Definitely not the CO that most would imagine.
