Tusen takk in Norway and Denmark. "Tack så mycket" in Sweden! 😊 Being lumped anywhere near Danmark in Eurovision is just the worst 😅Isn't it enough that they ruled us for 500 years! 😂😢

I think the enthusiasm has been a bit low in Norway because of the chaos last year and Ulveham doing so bad. Also the last year of our musical director. NRK have choose to choose few songs and instead go for full staging and Led screens etc. I think Lavrans and Angelina Jordan who both pulled out have probably been the biggest songs I think, now we have a very strange gang left. Wigwam has done huge the last years after haveing the theme song in an American series. 😊 Check out The Game, Parasite and Last song. My other favorites. Next year we will have a new director with a lot of connections to "real artists" so look forward to hearing what he can do 😊

No matter what Ukraine send, they'll do perfectly fine this year. Nothing is blowing me away but it's not a bad batch I suppose. Masha might be a nice choice.

Fiinka represents the culture of Ukrainian Hutsuls (her headdress is also Hutsul). They live in the Carpathian mountains in western Ukraine. Pay attention to the Hutsul national rhythms and the manner of singing. They have preserved their original musical traditions for many centuries. Ruslana also used some Hutsul elements in her work, but Fiinka performs so authentically, it seems to you that she is not singing, but talking - that is the Hutsul style "spіvankas", "spіvanochkas", "kolomyikas", very close to christmas carols (koliadkas), shchedrivkas, vesnyankas, gaivkas - ancient forms of Ukrainian folk songs

Vidvir has two goals: to select the representative for Eurovision and to give national exposure to new interesting artists. That is why there is always a wide range of genres and a lot of originality and experimentation. Don't expect songs to fit any preset expectation, just try to be open-minded. Reacting to a recap is a waste of time as a few random seconds don't give the right impression of the songs most of which are dynamic and have development. The top contenders are Masha, Ziferblat, Abie, and Fiinka, but only live performances will be decisive. For now, Masha is my favorite.

If Portugal chooses Henka I will apply for portuguese citizenship because it seems impossible to me that they will choose this. Josh is my favourite.

HENKA had a metal band back in UK for years , they are called Derange . You should check them out .

I want my country to send henka. I dont care what others say.... Bambie thug actually liked this song on instagram. I listen to a lot of metal and rock so this is a dream for me because i feel represented by this song. Metalcore in eurovision would be so cool, i think most countries wont send a rock/metal song this year.. if she does well in esc, this will be so important for FDC.

HENKA is Portugal's choice to show that we are more than sad, boring songs. We have a huge rock influence too and it's time to show it! Vote for HENKA!

Lady, since when has Benidorm fest been of such quality? They have been holding the festival for 3 years and were lucky enough to have Chanel, but the quality is very questionable. Portugal has been holding the FDC for 50 years.😅

I'm a bit afraid for Iceland again this year, I really want to root for them, but none of these songs do anything for me... Last year they missed a chance by not sending Bashar Murad, but maybe it was just to keep the peace politically I don't know. Also if you plan on watching anything from the trainwreck which is the Moldovan audition phase I can recommend you just to listen to Semafoare !

Hard to say who is likely to do the business here. Væb, Birgo, and Tinna should be in with a good chance.

Ok but can we talk about how iconic Moldova's national final was? People reading the lyrics off their phones, a grandpa almost dying on stage, 2 disqualified acts because they showed up 20 minutes late, the jusges straight up admitting that every song sucked and to top it all off, a woman dressed like Mozart. Like insanity embodied. My conclusions after watching it is that Moldova should not participate again. It's wasted money and brings the country's reputation down. (Sorry for being totally off topic)
