I've watched your vid lecture and noticed that you did not discuss here this formula: Price of Common Share = (Dividend x (1 + Growth Rate)) / (Required Rate of Return - Growth Rate). My question is when would I know if the problem would like me to use this formula in computing the price of the common share? Thank you!
