I know this is a year old video but is there any reason why when I go and change player attributes or any setting at that it reverts back to default settings? I’ve rented servers in day Z and ark survival and never had an issue with changing config file but this game I can’t seem to do anything that alters the default

nice videos, helped me set most things up. The only thing that is not working for me is the player progress save, I uploaded gamesave from my local pc and managed to get the world to work, I start up the server and player progress is gone but the world ive created still exists with buuildins ive built and so on. I've selected continue on savemode in g-portal but eventhough i save by a bet and wait the 600 seconds my player progress wont work. everytime i load into the server i start in the helicopter. do you know any solutions to my problem?

Hello, I am looking into starting up a server instead of my friend hosting one because we've had a massive amount of lag. I was wondering am I able to upload the current world we already have going onto the server?

Got my server tried it out. Supposed to preform better but it is garbage. I rubberband just enough to die fighting enemies. I do not recommend gportal.

from gportal to local pc, for everyone who is missing bases: copy all saves from dedi to local pc delete and backup any existing local 3ad85aea files. and Rename your 3ad85aea-index TO 3ad85aea_info-index and do not rename any file to the 3bd85c7d version. only then the game wil see your dedicated gportal servers files and flame base locations.

Is there any way to switch a "Ram" server to another server like factorio?

Does it also work if you don't have the actual RDR2 game? As in I only have Red Dead Online (standalone) on Steam.

THANK YOU! For the life of me I couldn't figure out what the port number was that I needed and GPortal gave me 3 all of which didn't work, watching you copy paste it from the end of the IP was the key I needed

me i have a problem where i see the mods loading into the server but me its new dinos and they do not show up into the game

I'm on nitrado and using a steamdeck, I followed this tutorial as close as I could and still have default settings for my server. Can anyone help? 😢😢
