It sure beats shoveling all of the dirt! Good job operating!

The swing boom is your friend. You don’t need to move your entire machine side to side to dig a hole with square edges. You can also see around the boom much better. Your counter weight along with the blade behind really works well. Thank you for sharing!
@Steven-h3327 күн бұрын
@@moonwalker8172 thank you for your comment the reason I was having to move the machine was because I had to clean up the side of the hole because the machine doesn't have much side pressure the hole was sloping in which is why I had to get right in front of it and scrape the edges
@Steven-h3327 күн бұрын
@@moonwalker8172 I actually have a cushioning valve installed with the relief set to 1550 I should probably turn it up some to get more side pressure out of it the problem is if you let it be wide open it has so much pressure that you can actually twist the tracks underneath the machine because the undercarriage is so light perks of having a Chinese machine 😂

Have you had any significant problems with your machine yet? I've seen others who've had issues. I am considering buying one but hesitate. I am mechanically inclined so fixing things is not such a big deal if they are not catastrophic.
@Steven-h33Ай бұрын
So no major mechanical problems if you're using it as a hobbyist and not commercial use it's probably good right out of the box because we're using it for commercial use I have upgraded the cooling system for the hydraulics I have added a 60 amp alternator and that 160 lb counterweight that you see hanging off the back but as far as physical failures I can't break it I have hung a thousand pound trailer off the end of the boom

I wear shin guards, back brace, and added a seat belt. added a seat hold down bolt assembly. The seat will no move if you have an accident. Does the extra counter weight help, or would you even know? I have 25 hours on my unit. The hydraulics are powerful enough enough to easily lift either end of the machine . I use mine for digging up mesquit trees. The way I use mine is to dig around the trees, then use a saw saw to cut the roots off. I'm maintaining a 55 acre fence line with my unit. When you buy any new unit, check all fluid levels, I had to add both hydraulic fluid , and engine oil also. I purchased a battery powered grease gun also. I own a H12R unit. I like it , for $6,600 delivered I'm enjoying it.
@Steven-h33Ай бұрын
@@troyb.4101 thanks for the comment so I would say the counterweight does a great job you wouldn't really think so but that extra 160 lb behind the operator really makes a huge difference and I know all about that oil stuff I change my motor oil every 8 hours and I've already changed the hydraulic fluid once I like the machine seems pretty solid but my biggest gripe would be the slop in the bushings check out some of my other videos you can tell it's pretty stable 😁 and as far as the bushings I've already designed and built a line bore machine and I will be fixing that pretty soon we are just so busy right now

@ridgebenjamin8211 I definitely plan on making a detailed video explaining on how I did it just been so busy right now most of these mods are done over the weekend as crazy as that sounds like I'll use it at a job and find out it's not good enough and then I would literally take it home and mod it so there really not any footage of me doing it

@ Isn this slop problem just with the gas units? Have you heard of the bigger ones having this issue?
@Steven-h33Ай бұрын
@@SleepingGaint from what I understand it is only the gas units that have the really bad slop there is a couple people on KZbin that have the 3500 lb diesel machine and they seem to have no complaints it's just so bizarre to me that they would make it this loose I'm about to post a video showing that it's almost 125.000 slop between the bottom of the boom and the knuckle

You need to double axle the trailer. four tires will be much safer. I like the trailer, but one axle ? You should be able to upgrade it.

The pin where your boom connects to your house looks to be short and one side is riding on threads and not pin shoulder creating slop. I'm not sure this is the case, but have seen it in a couple auction machines.
