Hey. I suggest rinsing your hair out upside down or rinsing your hair then washing your body. The product running down your back may be causing the breakouts.

@@chiefakachi2296 Thank you. I have also became a pescatarian after I completed this cleanse. I haven’t been able to consume red meat or chicken without getting sick. I do believe this is something everyone should do to cleanse and reset their system.

@@arriellatv i agree with that. I had to cremate my father because he refused to make some lifestyle changes before it was too late. I actually had to care for him before he died. I made a choice at 18 to be healthy. I’m 36 with no health issues. My dad at my age was already a diabetic. Everything out there is potentially trying to kill us, we need not be one of the things that does.
