God has blessed you with 3 beautiful babies Jen. Its a blessing to have stretch marks/ loose skin because its a reminder of how amazing our bodies are. When you dont accept that you’re letting other’s opinions influence your mentality and you will hurt yourself every time you see yourself. When in reality you’re perfectly fine. Love your body before judging it, it went thoroughly a lot already girl.

This is all so cute. I just could never bear the thought of completely losing my freedom like this. A mother's personal life is over and she can never get it back. I just couldn't give up my life like this.

If it means anything, you look absolutely beautiful. There is no body more beautiful than one that had grown and birthed a whole baby. 💕 The female body is such a miracle.

There are some videos about building your core with diastases recti. Check out Holly Dolke for example, she also got two kids. I think you don't have to get the surgery for that.

Question - with your hernia is there a risk that if it doesn’t get sorted out then you could loose blood flow and it dies off I know that can happen if the hernia involves the bowel and it’s it the bowel that is your hernia?

I am waiting surgery on my abdomen as I have had 9 cases of sepsis in the bowel that all need surgical intervention and now I have little to no abdominal muscle so my back takes the job of being able to sit up straight ish and my last surgery they had to give me an abdominal fistula which I have had since I was 22 and I’m now 29 I will never be able to carry a child but that’s not in the plans anyway as I am trans male so I plan to adopt, but I’m lucky enough to live in Northern Ireland which then I’m under NHS but waiting times are so long because mostly all surgeries fall under NHS guidelines now on top of all that I need my gallbladder out as I have had multiple infections from stones that are small enough to pass but still cause an infection as it is in the bile duct so I’m am going to be getting my fistula reversed haven’t gotten a date but I’m hoping since I saw the surgeons in October it would be 6-12 months so I’m hoping April time but now I need my gallbladder out and it is more high risk for me with the amount of surgery I have had on my abdomen that it’s agreed that when the fistula is reversed that’s when they remove the gallbladder so even though my body dysmorphia is for a completely diffrenrt reason I do understand what it is like not only to feel like you have the wrong body for the gender you are but on top of that having the fistula
