I have this heater and they sucks. Terrible screws, really low quality steel. Everything looks good, but replacing a heating rod is a nightmare.... so just the looks, everything else sucks

Such a horrible design on the electrical enclosure. Putting it 3" off of the floor. It's really only accessible if you remove the heater and the electrical conduit powering it. Very very lousy design

I am writing to inquire about the availability of the Harvia Xenio WiFi module as a standalone product. Currently, it appears that the WiFi functionality is exclusively bundled with the purchase of either the Harvia Xenio CX30 or the Harvia Xenio CX45 sauna control modules. This necessitates an additional investment for those interested solely in the WiFi capabilities. Could you please clarify if there are plans to offer the Harvia Xenio WiFi control unit and power module as a purchase option in the future? Additionally, I would appreciate any insights into whether this bundling approach is a standard practice across all sales channels or if it might vary by region, specifically in Canada.

Hi! We have the Xenio WiFi bundle available but you need to have a compatible Harvia control unit for it. The item code for the Xenio WiFi package is CX004WIFI. For example, Sauna Specialiste, our official dealer in Canada, has the Xenio WiFi kit in stock.

You should have a video about how to install the stones. Especially for the virta (my model) seems if I fill to the top heating takes forever…

Traurig

Is it so that if I want to use the remote control function, in other words, to start my Harvia sauna from my mobile phone, then I need to activate the remote control function ON by holding the ON-button on the panel for 3 seconds and then wait 30 seconds? After each use this needs to be activated again as the rc mode goes away? So if I spontaneously want to start my sauna during a walk outside I can not do this if I didn't remember to press the ON-button to activate my sauna? This is how it seems to be working for me. Is there a way to have the sauna on standy by only doing this RC mode once and not before every time I want to use the sauna?

@utriaininja
@utriaininja 10 ай бұрын
@@kbkesq agreed, I still have the same routine to do this, the few times when I actually wanted to use it I did not remember to active the remote mode on the panel. I guess it's like this because of safety, but it is a totally meaningless function. I bought and installed the door sensor thinking this would be enough as it can tell if the door is open or closed, but it's just another safety function and even if it is closed it still needs the activation on the panel... pointless feature.

Vähän ristiriitaista, että vastukset ei saa näkyä, mutta kivethän pitäisi asetella ilmavasti, jotta sauna lämpenee tehokkaasti ja kiukaaseen ei tule vaurioita ylikuumenemisesta.

What is that "safety device" at 1:00? I don't understand what it does.
@HarviaSauna
@HarviaSauna Жыл бұрын
Hey, thanks for your question. The heater's safety device guarantees that it cannot be turned on if any items are placed on top of it, thereby ensuring that it is safe to start the heater also remotely.

I would like a tighter temp control rather than waiting for the temp to decrease 20-25 degrees before starting back up. A thermostat that would maintain a certain temp would be great but something within say, 5 degrees would be a big improvement.

Are these normal kind of stones that we can use for sauna? Are we going to reuse these for how many times?
@HarviaSauna
@HarviaSauna Жыл бұрын
It depends on the heater you have. Some stones, such as rounded, are better for the Harvia Spirit, whilst others are treated so that they're better for heavy-duty usage, such as commercial saunas. How often you change your sauna stones depends on usage, but if you notice any discolouration, cracked or broken stones, then it's time to replace them. We've just posted a video on how to replace your sauna stones, so welcome to check it out! :)
