So, we have been using the TM-C7500G printers at all of our warehouse locations for the past 5 years. We can no longer warranty them for onsite support because they are 5 years old. Even though they are currently working perfectly, we can't have them supported further. Are there any other printers, no matter the brand, that will print with the same or better quality, that won't abandon them after 5 years? Just curious if you have any other ideas on whether any other printers exist which will give us the same quality/speed/reliability as the Epson TM-C7500G printer. We love the printer but not the abandoned support after just 5 years. Please help, because I really don't want to have to replace $8500 printers just because they are out of eligibility of on site support. Please advise...

In Epson C4000, you mentioned dye sublimation, it's different ink for textile sublimation. It's using Pigment Ink though.

What scanner are you using?. I am trying to connect GK420D zebra printer, Zebra KDUplus and the scanner but the scanner is not scanning UPC label. While scanning, Instead of proper scanning it throws some weird characters to the keyboard

We just purchased Zebra GX420t printers. We print numbered labels. for example Page 1 of 3 and so on. page 1 label prints at the bottom and goes upward to 1 of 3 how can I change the settings to print downward instead?
