no calvinist has real assurance the biblical christ died once for all, defeated all sin for all people and all the world. the christ he believes in only atoned for the sins of some people…. when he says someone can profess love for christ and not be saved, he is talking about the reprobate who can never be saved bc Jesus didn’t atone for him…

The Bible teaches: all of humanity is dead in sins and trespasses and is at enmity with God. Psalms 51, 5. Eph. 2, 1-3 in present tense for understanding.

This is so wrong, oh what a shame, Billy Graham got it so right for so long with his crusades but in the end he got it so wrong. JESUS is our only Hope, not Muslims sadly nor any other beliefs only JESUS Can sve us and thereby we do i deed Enter into Eternal Life through CHRIST Alone, as HE Is the Way, the Truth and the Life! I only hope that Billy Graham woke up to this as he breathed his last breath! Please dear GOD forgive him and that all True Christians truly know the way to Eternal Life, tnrough JESUS Alone! 🎉🎉🎉🎉I fear until I remember His powerful love that He showed me when He appeared to me. He made it known to me that the literal Hell/price I deserve to pay for my sin against Him was suffered and conquered by Him on the Cross.... it wasn't just what the Romans did to Him or the cross itself... He showed me how when upon the cross, my portion came before Him and then He said yes in love as my sin came down upon Him... like everyones.... He suffered and conquered more than we can ever fathom... OUT OF LOVE

no one can fool GOD when someone repents and believes on JESUS they are saved immediately and JESUS does the saving. once JESUS does the saving HE never loses anyone.why do we need a 6 part message to know that JESUS does the saving and HE does the keeping unless you think you had a part in the saving then you are not saved to begin with.

As Sproul says, if the Holy Spirit has regenerated someone, then there will be fruit, evidence of a changed life and dispostion. Once God has begun a good work, He won't leave it to not produce fruit to His glory. It's like a mother giving birth to a child and not feeding it and keeping it in a darkened room, without any light

I think most of us struggle with Assurance due to any ongoing sin. Where we are fully obedient or at least we try, we feel more assured. But salvation is ultimately by grace through faith. Maybe the simple answer is if we hate our sin, and try to sin no more (even though we will sin) this is evidence of the Holy Spirit in us. God bless everybody in their quest for faith in Jesus Christ.

I want to be saved more than anything in this world. I think about it everyday. But I know it is only by God the Father's love and grace that I can be saved. I hate my sin and wish I had never sinned ever. But I have and pray for mercy.

There are some massonic lounges coming out from Vatican and our Billy G. was a part of it. I am from an ex-comunist country, and under that iron dictatorship, this Billy G. came in our countries, visiting a few of the biggest cities and preaching on football [soccer) stadions and multitude of denominations came to see him without any problem. In these years, real christians had to hide themselves from militia and security undercover agents because they brought every christians in jail & tortured them. The dictator of those times got a phone call, and everything was arranged for Billy G's visit. Pope is a puppet as Billy was, and greather hidden forces are manipulating the "christian" agenda, too... even SDA church get corrupted by thoae jessuits, and no denomination escaped. The fact is that they wish that we know more about them, to fear them, but we have nothing to fear nor to lose. Real folowers of Christ are NOT a part of the great Harlot, nor of any of her's daughters... Real folowers are getting out from among them... are free Sons of our Allmighty Father of all spirits. May the Peace of the Son be upon the Sons of Peace and above their houses, forever, Amen !

False. I was a Roman Catholic for 46 yrs. Catholics pray TO Mary. Catholics pray TO saints. And they pray to them for x, y & z. And they thank them for granting their prayers. I saw it endlessly. Fact is Mary & saints aren’t omniscient, don’t even hear anyone’s prayers. Only the Triune God hears prayers. AND Jesus is the Mediator. It is so offensive that Catholics think they’re better off going thru Mary or a saint.

I must have missed it, but does anyone have the scripture text for his doctrine of salvation preceding faith. The only ones I know distinctly say faith comes before salvation. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.”

The Catholic Church does not teach that the mass is Christ being sacrificed again but rather that we partake in the one sacrifice for all time, and also the Catholic Church does not teach that you pray to Mary or saints because God is to occupied. They misrepresented Catholic Church teaching. Im a reformed Protestant who recently decided to convert to Catholicism and it’s disappointing to see the misrepresentation

From your perspective which church is right? Lutheran, Anglican, Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist, Pentecostal, non-denominational and on? The Protestant reformation sounds more like a sad division story than a success story.

First there has to be the church, a gathered group of believers of the gospel, unto the power for which them to be saved. And they must adhere to what scripture says about what worship is. Two offices should be in the church elder and deacon. The elders are to administer the word and prayer , the deacons to serve. There is no anglican hier archy like found in the catholic church and other denominations. Rather two offices said above. Of course a church must govern its theology on scripture and scripture alone as its first and final authority. The Catholics believe the church has equal authority to scripture. Thats not true. And also one of the reasons they recognize the apocrypha. Simply put, the catholic church is not valid. They pray to other people like mary and the saints who have no authority to interevene on our behalf, you know it i know it the bibles clear Christ is the high priest and our mediator. They grossly commit idolatary and should repent and go back to being the Catholic church originally established like you said. They went off the rails when they added "Roman Catholic" to their secture as a counter reformation. If they would repent , they would be the catholic church again. But they are not. They are apostate and preach a different gospel. And by Gods grace you were saved, but your in a dangerous place in that communion. I dont even know you but i hope the spirit convicts you to start asking your priests questions and compare it to scripture and run out of there

How easily we fall away from our earnestness in the relation and expect God to make us, become whatever. Earnestness is seeking Him with your whole heart. If you "Will" not pick up your cross and follow me, you are not worthy of me. Your desire is hidden in your heart. His Word is a two edged sword tightly dividing bone and marrow and even the intentions of the heart. He will know if your are free loader, a gold brick, a gold digger, a benefits man.
