Hi Have a good day God bless you and your family My name is Rahees I am from India But at this time I am working in Saudi Arabia. In which I serve and look after a crazy person I really like living with a horse I have been horse riding and rearing horses for the last 11 years. I have some information related to the horse like taking care of the horse, taking care of the horse's health, keeping food, cleaning the horse's feet and nailing etc. And often I learn new things too I like horse riding very much But during Covid my horse died and my financial condition has also become very weak That's why I couldn't buy a horse again and I had to do a job But I still love horses a lot. and I want to do such a job in which I can work for both humans and horses And may my desire also be fulfilled simultaneously I saw you that you are very great and kind in this field and you love horses and nature a lot and you are also very close to nature And you are working with dignity and diligence in this area I have great hope from you that maybe you would help me Can you give me a job in your form I am also know about of farming I have graduated in the field of commerce and medicine. Wherever I live, I work with honesty and hard work most people are happy and love with me I often try to ensure that no living being has any complaint against me. I hope you won't disappoint me Can you help us with this If yes then even, if no then. May God give you and your family lots of happiness and good health and more success Thanks so much indeed.

Sounds like his fear from horses running up behind him to pass him always led up to him getting smacked to run faster. That’s probably why he has that fear.

The racing industry is so cruel. They start the horses when they are too young. Many of them are ruined by the time they are 5 or 6 years old

He is just stunning!!! Congratulations!!! I love how you work with your horses!! I had a Thoroughbred years ago, a very hot jumper who was very abused and your sweetie reminds me so much of him!! I had to do very similar exercises just to keep him sane but some of the most abused and difficult horses turn out to be the best when they find a rider who truly loves them and they can finally TRUST!!!! Don't ever sell this horse!! He is special!! And I think it would crush both of you to be separated!! You have a very special bond which I'm sure you know, doesn't happen every day!! I don't know how you pulled him together for that first show but both of you are my Heroes!!! I was in tears watching your video!! Because he was abused and was in the slaughter pipeline and never should have been there!! Because the two of you remind me of Fidel and I all those years ago in my junior jumper days. The love was palpable and so was the trust!! He will do anything for you now. He knows you won't hurt him and he adores you and just wants to please you!! This kinds of horse is one in a million! I'm so so sorry he had such a terrible time and humans thought it was ok to abuse him. He never deserved that, no horse does!! What a transformation though!!! The way you built up his muscle, his top line, he is just ripped!! Such a stunning horse and sweet adorable boy!!! And you are placing with him in your first show!!! That's crazy! I hope you both keep bonding even more and get better and better!! And as a dressage rider, leaving behind my jumpers, I can tell you with a lot of confidence that a really good dressage trainer will work wonders for both of you. The bond will strengthen even more and you aids will become perfectly synched and invisible. I had never experienced such an incredible connection and bond with a horse until I started riding my Prix St. Georges dream horse. I truly felt at one with him more than my jumpers. And try and find a good dressage saddle, it makes a huge difference, get it fitted to him and make sure you are very comfortable in it. I tried several and when I found THE ONE everything got better, my riding, my position, the contact, his performance once I had had it fitted for him. It was night and day. And it wasn't even the most expensive fancy saddle, it was one of the cheaper ones but wow! Just my 2 'sense'! Best of luck with your continued success and bond with this amazing and gorgeous boy!! Congratulations!!! I'll be stopping by often to cheer you on!! I'll try no to cry!! haha Much love from Montreal! xx

You have done a marvellous job on his training and he clearly trusts you and is willing to try for you. His rearing & nerves will dissolve with time as he develops confidence in himself and experience with the sort of things he won't have met in race training (hacking away from other horses, being ridden out just him and his rider, collected movements etc.) he's still very young and your progress with him will take time and patience. I've had several TBs over the years (usually rejects from racing) and I've never met a "nasty mean" one; any giddiness with them is usually their nerves, they are often more reactive than say quarter horses and though their racing training will have taught them to load, travel, stand for farrier etc. they may never have been introduced to the sort of lessons a regular riding horse has by that age. All the best with Romeo he is a lovely horse and you are clearly a skilled intelligent trainer.

He's my realistic dream horse too, I love his look. But I really really love Duns. My true dream horse would be a Bay Dun with very apparent wild markings. I LOVE the leg striping. The dorsal stripe. And like your little stallion, that frosting in his hair is just so cute. Buckskins are so pretty, but Bay Duns are my absolute favorite. Apricot Duns close by. <3 Good luck on him, he's so stinkin' pretty!!

I absolutely dont think that his "frosting" will disappear! There is a gene buckskins can have - which I can't remember how to spell! Lets try orguti... something like that...

Nice development in mind and body. He's gorgeous. And DO NOT tighten your noseband, whatever that trainer says. Too many dressage riders yank that noseband as tight as it can get, causing lots of problems. I'm a retired schooling show judge ("L"), and have judged 100s of Intro and Training level tests. He looked pretty good in the video. I've also rescued several horses and know how difficult it can be.

Such a gorgeus horse! Zafferano is such a fine-tempered and beautiful stallion. Most of his offsprings inherit some good gaits and of course his unique colour. If keeping him as a stud and breeding with him in the US, it would hopefully cause a huge impact in the breeding industry, as SWB arent too common in America. I would love to see the bloodline of some of the finest SWB stallions, continue its legacy across the world!

What auction did you get him from? I've been watching for online auctions for a riding and driving horse for myself. It's been a painful experience though. Either they're way out of my price range or they're grade/quarter horses.
