Williams should be ashamed of the way they treated Logan, and I can tell by the way they've turned off the comments on their latest video, before the announcement, maybe they are. I wish Logan all the best and hope he finds something bigger and better. Hopefully IndyCar where he will be appreciated more. What was Ferrari thinking letting go of Carlos. Look out Alex, maybe next time you destroy your car, you'll actually have to sit the race out.

If anything they have been kind enough to give him 2 seasons based on his performances. Williams is not a hard place to perform well as the pressure is lower. Alex Albon is no Max Verstappen, you should not be beaten 37-0 in qualifying by him. Williams only gave Albon that car as they had more faith in him to deliver results based on previous races.
