I just made this, I sifted all the ingredients and didnt bother with the double boiler. Melted the cocnut oil in the microwave and add it to the dry, then I transferit all to a blender and its no longer grainy. Now just waiting for it to set up. 7/11/24

Yes but keep in mind butter has water in and coconut oil doesnt so u may wabt to gently melt the butter until the water evaporates. I ussually use both in my chocolate its amazing
