I bought mine in february (And i will have it this month) honestly this is the only video “bad” video. I get mine because the prize (design award) the greaser and the outsider both are top notch machines, and also cuz the experts who tested. The greaser is an amazing ebike (and the older model from the company) you can expect quality then, they have experience, they have won the award, they have happy clients and they have even top quality press (investment). What about this video?, well i have no doubt that this is an honest and bad experience, telling with respect. However, i read carefully the manual and there you can get several warnings and advices, about the charging, the use (ie, this ebike was designed for the city in dry wheather), warranty (you may lose it if you use some 3 party accesories and parts. You cant expect that something works well if you change it, even partially) and so. And in general, is good practice to take your ebike to the service 3 or 4 times in a year. Greetings from Peru

@@giansaldarriaga9735 it came without any manual. At the moment of purchase there was nothing on website. If I would got it from China I would expect it but I got it form UK company. They just ignored email and massages. The bike is fully serviced in professional shop every 3 month. The company of what I bought it do not even have a fiscal shop or services.

Well I bought it on Michael Blast UK website. They just ignoring my messages. That's why the video. I lost money on it. Maybe somebody will not.

@@MrRunchaall electrical components on the bike are under a 1 yr warranty. 6 months for battery and 3 years for the frame. Try to find a dealer close to you and contact them for what to do next.

@@bryantheriault2766 That was my thought. It has UK website and will have warranty. I even offered to take whole bike to there mechanic. Just ignoring. Asked what to do with error. Nothing. I'm pretty sure that it is just one guy who order them form China and do not care about costumer service.
