Can you make a combo guide for the combo with Diabellze/Berfomet
@HyroDeFlure7 күн бұрын
The combo remains the same, but instead of sending Shleepy with Berfomet's effect, you will send Diabellze. When you summon S:P, you will banish Diabellze instead of Creation King. On your opponent's turn, use Berfomet to summon Diabellze instead of Creation King, just like in the video. If you do it this way, you won’t lose Creation King because you can still summon it using Combined Creation☺

You don’t need to play those cards at all. Instead, consider using Ghost Ogre when playing into a board, as it can help deal with either Soul of Rage that tries linking off your monster or S:P Little Knight by tagging out your tuners. Another option is to use Bystials and include Cloud Beast in your extra deck for added synergy with Duality😊

Imo Punk is probably the best engine to be paired with centur-ion rn. I tried the bystial engine and it's good for grind game and lv 8 but the Punk card can bridge into your centur-ion combo
@HyroDeFlure2 ай бұрын
Quick note, guys! There was another combo I made a while back when I first released the Duality video that plays through Nibiru, which I forgot to mention in this video. Here's an alternate combo to Combo #3: Start with Primera into the field spell, which sets Trudea. Trudea places Gargoyl, and you make Gargoyl level 4, then go into Primus as your fourth summon. Primus searches Emblema, then use Duality to bring out Dargoon as your fifth summon, giving you an omni-negate to handle Nibiru. From there, use Gargoyl’s effect to special summon from the hand by sending Trudea to the GY, then use Emblema to place Atrii face up. Next, go into Auxilla, searching either Wake Up or Bonds. Atrii gives you a draw, and Duality adds another. If you search Wake Up, during the end phase place Atrii as a face-up trap, then immediately use Wake Up to summon a level 8 token. On your opponent's turn, summon Atrii for a third draw, then go into a second Cosmic Blazar Dragon😉

@HyroDeFlure2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the comment, glad you enjoyed the video! As for Rumble vs. Bonds, I'd say keep Rumble if you're aiming for the draw 4 with the 2 Cosmic Blazar combo since that isn't possible without Rumble. However, if you're just starting out with Centurion, I recommend keeping Bonds until you're more familiar with the possible lines and combos without it. Once you get a feel for the deck, you can experiment with dropping Bonds and focus on more advanced plays. Be sure to check the pinned comment for an additional combo!😊

Thanks, glad you like the list! Running a Crossout package could definitely work well. As for Shadow's Light, both it and Duality are solid options with their own advantages and disadvantages. However, I’d suggest only playing one to avoid potential bricking. Personally, I prefer Duality since it’s a quick-play spell, allowing me to dodge hand traps while also giving a free draw. I don't understand. Most centurion lines work under shifter, as long as you don't use stand up's place effect. Given that even bonfire is a 1 card full combo under shifter, why can't you just make a video comparing the pros & cons of various engines? This could've been a video detailing how most engines that can turbo out a lv8 synchro can now bridge into a centurion full combo, whereas previously you needed to make auxilia the bridge (e.g. in rda). Hell even ascator is better in this scenario cause you don't lose to droll on bike search (given no shifter activation). If your opponent is siding for centurion, wouldn't they side sphere mode (you end on auxila, primus, & blazar), or something like ogre, or even cosmic, rather than shifter (unless it improves their lines, such as in maliss). Wouldn't it be better to showcase how one would potentially play around those cards post side, rather than make a video that goes "hey look! All these meta decks lose to shifter, but not centurion!", just because you have lines that can play around it.
@HyroDeFlure2 ай бұрын
Yes, but the video didn't show a Centurion card in the opening hand. This guide is more for those interested in using the SHS engine and understanding their options when they only open with an SHS starter under Dimensional Shifter. Before Centurion Primus was released, the SHS engine needed to include the Karakuri cards to play under Shifter. Now, they can directly Synchro into Primus without relying on those bricks.
@Alrange_52 ай бұрын
@@HyroDeFlure If you bothered to read the entire comment you would’ve realised that I did in fact mention this by acknowledging the fact that any any engine capable of easily making a lv8 synchro can now do full centurion combo, with the introduction of the new bridge. Also, shs was always a 1 card combo into any generic rank 4 or synchro 8, or more when scarecrow was legal.

Thank you so much! I’m glad you’re enjoying the combos. Right now, I’m testing the SHS engine more because the new Centurion Synchro has really boosted its power. That being said, Punk also works well with it. Personally, I like running a small 6-card Punk package with 3 Emergency Teleport, 1 Ziamin, 1 Foxy Tune, and 1 Deer Note. Both engines are great at baiting interruptions, but it really comes down to preference-SHS doesn’t run Imperm, while Punk does. I’ll be posting more combos with the new Synchro soon, so stay tuned! ☺

Nice combo! Do you mind explaining whybyou play theia in the main? I see no one doing that and it seems very situational... thanks!
@HyroDeFlure2 ай бұрын
Thank you! Theia, the Primal Being, may seem situational, but it actually has a lot of synergy with the deck’s combos. After setting up your board, you can always activate Theia on your opponent’s turn by tributing Auxilla. If you went through the Trudea route, having Wake Up in the grave lets you send Phalanx to revive your Synchro during your opponent’s End Phase, which gets you a free search and places a Centurion monster in the backrow. So, after you’ve used all your interactions, you can special summon Theia to pop a monster, similar to Legatia’s effect. Plus, don’t forget the floodgate effect-“Neither player can Normal or Special Summon more than 4 times per turn while this card is face-up.” This forces your opponent into suboptimal plays just to get rid of it. Also, when going second, pairing this with Nibiru can almost feel like an FTK! I’m just testing Theia in the main deck to see how competitive it can be, so no worries if you’re not interested in using it. I just find it useful in some scenarios for its interactions and floodgate effect, but it’s definitely still experimental☺
@LacaYGO2 ай бұрын
Great video! Keep up the Centurion insight! What do you think about the Punk engine as used in Jarrids video few days ago? Do you think it might e better than SHS? Also what's your opinion about the Byatial engine with Lubellion and Regained? Most of the lists that topped somewhat recently played the engine. I'd argue that either Punk or SHS should br played and Bystial feels like something that can complement the deck as an independent engine (if you go over 40 even with SHS or Punk in combination to wash down the brick ratio)
@HyroDeFlure2 ай бұрын
Thank you! I agree, the Bystial engine has been solid because of its hand trap nature and draw power. It was especially strong in the pre-Rota format when Yubel and other Light/Dark decks were more prevalent. Now, with Yubel seeing less competitive play due to the new Charmy card and Fire decks on the rise thanks to Azamina's boost to Snake Eyes and other archetypes, Bystials remain good but not as dominant. The new Centurion Synchro has definitely boosted the power of the SHS engine, and Punk also synergizes well with it. I personally like running a small 6-card Punk package with 3 Emergency Teleport, 1 Ziamin, 1 Foxy Tune, and 1 Deer Note. Just like the Superheavy engine, it can bait out a lot of interruptions. The choice between SHS and Punk really depends on preference since SHS doesn’t play Imperm while Punk does. I’ll be posting more combos with the new Synchro soon, so keep an eye out for that!☺

Finally someone who acknowledges centurion lock instead of straight up doing illegal mooves
@akouto20862 ай бұрын
This combo would be great if it didnt involve an illegal moove, you cant make blazar since you used oath to place a centurion monster in the S/T zone, the best way to combo would be to use primus's oath to search wake up, use wake up to make a lvl 4 token and mill phalanx and phalanx to revive primus and make auxila to search atri and simply normal summon get the draw ans synchro her to make crimson
@solidsneaks66562 ай бұрын
I personally love the samurai engine in centurion. There are 4 points that I believe made this version even better over pure and horus versions; -the samurai engine immediately bridges into the centurion lines by being a 1-card synchro 12. -auxila gets chainblocked, allowing you to safely search the appropriate centurion card. -you had more access to lv4 tuners, and lv2 for when baronne was legal. -if you play the karakuri dog and bureido then any samurai starter becomes full combo under your own shifter, while every other version of centurion explicitly needed to open emblema oath in addition to a centurion name in order to setup crimson + 12 under shifter. How well do you believe that this version can play under fuwaross? The reason I finally switched off of this version is because you give your opponent more draws than you should thanks to tilting entrainment normally summoning directly from the ED if you didn't open another wakaushi in hand.The lines you're showing off are also interesting but it still gives a few more draws then I'd like due to having to go into accel stardust in order to complete the setup. I'd also recommend running hieratic spheres and just dropping sky crisis. All the relevant cards it wants to floodgate are banned, and you need to bait out any and all forms of interaction from the sub 3k monsters before making it, as well as any backrow. Otherwise, this card has always been a death flag that unnecessarily prolonged a game for a few seconds. Despite fulfilling different roles, the hieratic is also a fantastic first turn play that can be made off of your centurion cards. Potent disruption that can either float into atrii for a draw if you have the GY setup, or provide immediate access to your bystial cards. Furthermore, by floating into your bystial cards, you're now able to make chaos angel on the opponent's turn with the field spell, should the matchup call for banishment over negation.
@HyroDeFlure2 ай бұрын
The Samurai engine now bridges perfectly into the Centurion lines by serving as a 1-card Centur-Ion Primera Primus, and it’s chain-blocked as well. If that doesn’t work, you still have another chance at a Synchro 12 by summoning Scales and going into the Accel line. The Level 2 tuners are also important-I like summoning Dis Pater in a lot of my games. I experimented with Karakuri Dog, Bureido, and even Urgent Schedule to play under Shifter, but it often wasn’t worth the deck space. Now, we can just summon Primus under Shifter using the SHS starters, making it much easier. As I mentioned earlier, I was going second in these combos and focused on dismantling my opponent’s board using only SHS cards before even touching the Centurion combo. That’s where the strength of SHS really lies. When going first, there are many different lines to take, each with varying end boards. If your opponent uses Fuwaross, you can do the standard Centurion line, which only gives them 1 draw if you start with a Centurion card. If you start with an SHS card, you can summon Primus and then go into Auxilla, giving them just 2 draws-much better than what most decks can do under Fuwaross. The Extra Deck is very flexible, and there are plenty of options to explore. I’ve tested Hieratic Spheres a bit, but I’ve never seriously included it in my decklists, which is why it doesn’t show up in my builds☺
