I use Mod Assistant. It's a tool for the PC version of the game that loads a number of plugins. The specific plugin is named "Cinema".

It's a beatsaber mod. If the mapper configured it to pull a video from youtube you can have it download and play in the background like a movie screen. Adds some nice flare to the map.

I picked one up from the "Custom HitSound Pack v0.5 by Suzuki" (source: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mIDPYpmEiMh8qNk) The hitsound is under "Community Sounds/Bass Kick (Mawntee)". I like it for it's simplicity. The badhitsound is actually from undertale. It's the "taking damage" sound effect. I can't find the original ogg but the sound is here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnXNnmdjiLFpppo
