Their music is very vocally driven almost like a choir with the different parts all singing apart but together eventually. Obviously the men were behind most of the music while the women were out front being beautiful and singing so well. The dynamic this sets up is the men are instructing the women how to sing their parts. I was once in a serious choir and it actually wasn't that much fun because the choir director would break the song down into little small pieces and we would go over and over each little piece and only a small part of the time when we get to sing the entire song from beginning to end. It became very tiresome and not so much fun. I can imagine this going on with Abba, the men being demanding and overbearing but the women are saying hey we are the ones out front singing that sell the records and tickets.

Every band made lipsync. in TV those days, cause of the producing of TV. ABBA didn’t need to because they were fab. singers. They were simply doing what they needed to do in the production situation. In their early videos they just made it to reach the world, many years before MTV, Skychannel, Superchannel, etc.

Frankly whatever happened this is their business and none of ours. Let’s all of us FANS keep that in mind and stop all this.

Went Saturday to see Abba voyage it blew me away fantastic experience I couldn't believe what I was seeing incredible show WOW

People Keep on being misled by the press and adverts by ABBA, as they are not "Holographic" as many people seem to think. Holograms still only exist in very early forms, and are not nearly enough to pull off anything this spectacular. Instead what is actually used is much simpler: A huge High-res screen at the front displays them with a clever trick - the entire stage that they perform on is CG, including everything on it, as well as the band. If you go to watch it, simply look up at the rafters before the performance, and during the performance. From memory there is 2-3 before and 5 after, but I'm not entirely sure. If you do not believe me, watch any video of the stage from higher up in the hall, by the seats, and look at how the stage they perform on seems very shallow compared to the real stage slightly below them. This is not me saying this is not impressive, as a Intermediate VFX artist myself, I see how hard this is to pull of, but it is certainly not as high-tech as everyone believes.

In other words: Leo has taken a red pill decades ago and he never has to loose his sh** like many other great men.

I grew up in the 70s and 80s listening to ABBA. For a time, they were my obsession. Now, I'm too old and handicapped to get to London. I'll never get to experience this, but it makes me happy that so many younger people will. And to ABBA, thank you for the music.
