@freelancerAM No, men on TRT can not pass this on to their female partners / those carrying their child. When on TRT, intra testicular testosterone is very low. However, If you’re on TRT with no fertility protocol, the quality of your sperm maybe poor therefore issues wouldn’t be because you pass on testosterone to your partner, it would be because your own sperm quality on purely only testosterone, without hCG +/- FSH, would be more likely to be poor

People who have normal Test levels, or even have low test levels, but are asymptomatic (which is a real thing) don't have the same understanding of it as someone who had the low levels and had the low-level symptoms and receives the therapy radically changing their life from just being alive to actually living life.

You can’t slow down aging…you can extend life and have a better quality of life at specific ages but age is just a measure of time. Basic freaking physics…mess with age then you can’t even tell when the next sunrise or sunset happens…

Great interview! I am one of the lucky locals that exercises with Will on a regular basis. He has definitely influenced the way I eat, sleep, and stay active as I age. The book “Young at Any Age Secrets to slowing the aging process” is an excellent read and very inspiring. Remember to keep moving and eat more veggies and fruit!!

Living with 2 chronic care management conditions at age 66 left me with metabolic imbalances from the condition and drugs used to manage the condition. I had several blood abnormalities including low testosterone levels with fatty liver stenosis, liver enlargement, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, high cholesterol, and triglycerides with high blood pressure. I Saw Dr. J. Grant for 2 years and benefited greatly from TRT with reduced abdominal fat loss total body weight reduction of 20%, and reduction in enlarged liver going from 240 lbs. to 175 lbs. I saw my blood pressure normalize. Fatigue levels were greatly reduced and workout levels increased as well as depression. Had used human growth hormone for 3 years but found that TRT controlled lipohypertrophy w/o daily shots that caused swelling in feet from fluid retention that required a diuretic. * Doctor Grant relocated his practice and I'm having a great deal of difficulty in getting my other doctors to give me TRT at my age with good PSA levels but have made an appointment with an endocrinologist soon. Have reduced my dosage to 100 mg weekly from 200mg twice weekly to extend my last refills while looking for a new hormone doctor. I've felt better with testosterone levels at 800 instead of 160 when I originally began TRT treatment. Fatty liver affects 30% of the U.S. population but is overlooked by many physicians who do not use liver echo scans or biomarker fibro scans. It's a silent disease that is usually not detected until irreversible damage is done. FDA has released the first approved fast-track drug for fatty liver called Rezdiffra which should be available through specialty pharmacies in mid-April of 2024. Always check with your doctor first as this is not medical advice.

its pretty simple Livestock Animals are now 15 times the biomass of wild animals and more than double the biomass of humans. Over 30 Billion Terrestrial Vertebrate Livestock? This is a major problem causing species extinction, inequity, and poor health of the planet! 85% of all wild animal biomass is gone forever.... If humans do not get a clue and begin to understand this wholeheartedly we are literally heading towards an ecological nightmare which we are witnessing daily now. Next phase will be much hotter, more flooding, and bigger diseases with no more eradication methods. We have expended most of our antibiotics for man into animal agriculture to contain disease!! OOPSIE that was a wrong move

No sir, not at all. In fact I am quite positive I have already forgotten mote than you will or can ever understand about insulin resistance. However, with that said you'd be best served to verify it for your self. Fact: Animal fats are the #1 cause of disease, heart disease, and diabetes, along with a host of other chronic issues. Animal fats plug your cells, arteries,, and digestive tract causing damage. Just like smoking slow and steady. Fact Check: Longest living healthiest communities ever in existence are and have been predominately vegan/vegetarian pretty simple. Let me guess you believe man has been consuming copious amounts of meat for hundreds of years? As usual America lives in denial until the bitter end. @@casmithc2

Do you support the abuse of animals? Oppression of humans and other sentient beings? Or are you into humane slaughter side of things? Can you justify your support of antibiotic abuse? Resistance? Disease spread and risk for all? COVID anyone? Or degradation of the environment, eco systems, and fresh water systems globally??? Do you support all of this for a piece of flesh? Ahisma! Wake up dude your knowledge is extremely limited. As seen by your incredible articulative response. If you need help I can direct you to the position papers! These are real science papers in 2023. I ate raw spinach for a while. I tolerated it but quickly it started to taste worse and worse. I could not eat it anymore. I found what I liked about vegetables was the butter and salt. So now I just eat butter often on its own. The plants that taste the most bitter are used as antiparasitic herbs (woodworm, black walnut hull, turpentine...) You survive but it kills the worms in your gut

Well I dont know what "ALPHA MALE" is, but to be the best health, to be the best brains, to be more cleaner live longer. to be able to have kids with proper brains, and that can only happen if your body develop fully to its genetic potential, producing a line of kids that are stronger physically and through mind. Sigma MALE ? probably.
