I feel kind of low most of the time like bored especially after mornings, plus sometimes regretful of my decision regarding my academic career as well as other negative thoughts. How can I stop them?

does pressing liver, Kidney 3, 6,9, spleen 6,10 and ub23 cause increased body heat and does direction (clockwise and anti-clockwise matters) while pressing also matters?

We are not "chipping away" with stigmas in having a mental health issue especially when on is dealing with long term illnesses such as schizophrenia. Still a lot of movies that stereotype everything as schizophrenic. It is 2024 and tragic that the APA and NAMI have not better educated the public. 😔

Hey lady. Are you even a doctor. I sincerely hope not. Sweating in the heat is a GOOD thing, and THAT’S why drinking hot drinks in the heat is better than cold drinks. Unless every single other source ever has been wrong for a very long time. Am I wrong? I hope you read this and reply because my head is spinning. Internet doctors. Good lord.

@@caschoolsveba I’m sorry if my comment was a little rude but isnt this a matter of scientific fact and not of differing opinions? I guess what you said about trying hot drinks in the heat is right but not for the reason you said, it WILL make you sweat and that’s a GOOD thing. Not a bad thing like you implied. That’s how I’ve always understood it. Do you stand by your statements, if so I will honestly assume that I’m wrong and dig deeper into the subject. Maybe you are you saying that hot peppermint tea specifically won’t make you sweat because of its cooling nature.

African Americans don't practice dance moves like that🤣 in the 90s we just got out there and did it. The people that practices like that if that record would skip or something it was over for them. I can just imagine seeing them running and counting 5678 to get back on beat🤣

I have a question, you started at the feet and worked up. When I saw a training by an indian ayurvedic doctor, he started at the crown chakra and worked down. Is there a reason you do it differently? Thank you for your kind answer. He also said to wait 10 to 15 mins and let the oil "work" before the shower or bath... Interested in your thoughts. Your exact discription of HOW to massage I found most helpful, thank you!

The biggest problem are doctors and nurses. 99% of them cannot even do pressure correctly. I have been watching this for some time and its borderline criminal, some could even argue its being done wrong to push drugs for companies in order to get kickbacks.

Here I am an Indian trying to know the fulk technique 😂 we have been massages and taught to massage ourselves like this since our childhood. Due to Westernisation we didn't take care of this and started using lotions carelessly. I have been moving back to the yoga kriyas lately and they are very effective. It is sad that indians are being careless.

Please tell me should we massage towards heart or in direction of our body hair?? I am really confused
@BruhGuyy11 ай бұрын
@@tashiagrawal1494 i haven't been much considerate about that but I prefer massaging towards body hair because that would help the hair follicles subsequently improve the skin. Massage your belly properly for digestion, chest in whichever direction you feel more relaxed, hands and body the direction of hair and rounding around too for the massage of muscles, special attention to waist, backbone and knee. The fundamental thing is to inprove the blood flow and release the muscle tension that would promote the overall health of our body and it will also help with cold problems. That's what I have researched in the past 6 months. Virgin coconut oil with a little of kapoor would be the best for body, face, hair and especially genitals.
