Some of the comments are rather unfair. The girl is pretty and her harmonies with the lead singer are beautiful. The problem is that as a background singer, there are long periods where no harmonizing voice is required. What are you supposed to do while you don't have any singing to do? Stand around and stare into thin air? Probably not. I reckon that's why she is dancing around like that, I think she should have been given a tambourine to give her something to do until it's her turn to sing again.
