Shouldn't they drop down? It triggers in the ground wire ( pulse ) and positive wire is constant even with ign off,, I think the voltage drop test here is indicating the actual pulse and not necessarily something that should be considered a voltage drop., but I do like the ohms test, I feel that's accurate but I just don't support the voltage drop test, and that motor sounded like it was running just fine,. Perhaps you already fixed something before video, that's a great v6 to learn on and work on, 3.8 all the way!
