Yeah, Zack's in a bit of a weird point in the timeline! Especially since (as we see later) when he makes it into town, the people there already know Cloud as the merc helping Avalanche. At a guess, that fracture on the highway at the end of part 1 wasn't just crossing timelines in a parallel, but also reached back (and potentially forward) in time as well!

It's the early part of messing with Cloud's head, making him wonder if 'Tifa' is just another trick of Jenova and setting up for Cloud's breakdown in Gongaga.

Don't worry about it! Everyone's got a life to live, and schedules don't always match. The videos are always here afterwards, and I try to keep up with any comments people leave too!

Yep! Currently planning to dip into Crisis Core after we finish 7 this week (not expecting it to take too long) then hop over to Echoes of Wisdom after that.

It's probably going in the bank for the next couple of years! 😆 I still have my CYL7 free pull, I try to hang onto the freebie until I'm either desperate for a particular skill or (preferably) I can use it to finish a +10. Out of this batch I'll probably turn Robin and Felix into merge projects, with Alfonse as a 'maybe'.

I want to say it's when things are playing out differently from the original (Cloud not going to the second reactor, Aerith showing up ahead of schedule). Not sure yet, but I'm very curious to see what their deal is!

She's also got S/R Bulwark and Counter Roar! They're good alternatives that play really well with her flat DR, as long as NCD isn't needed. I haven't settled yet on a good season for her, but Astra might be a good fit. Being able to get NFU from Ashera and/or Breath from Thorr is really good for her!

@@serigames I can see Alear getting a lot of value if they ever gives us a dragon B skill that gives flat dr while letting her keep her base special

Thanks! It's always satisfying to solve a movement puzzle like that one. Gatekeeper blocking the warp from the Ike on the right was what gave me just enough room to make it work!

It's pretty rare for me to commit that much to a newer unit, especially a seasonal (they always feel so hard to merge), but things lined up pretty well for it after I updated Nergal!

It's funny, I still remember discovering that the longshot could buy you a couple of seconds against Ganon (running out of magic was spooky the first time I fought him) but using it on Ganondorf never occured to me. Very fun tip, and glad you enjoyed the stream!

Yeah, she's been crazy outside of AR modes (and duels, haven't poked those with her). The last couple of Tempests have mostly been her soloing 7 maps in a row, with a bit of help from a dancer! 😆

My luck wasn't quite as bad on that banner, but I went in pulling red/green and wound up with a Veyle, an Ursula, and a couple of pity breaks after both sparks. 😅 And yeah, Nergal's an absolute menace in the right defenses, especially now that almost every offense team relies on bonuses somewhere in the roster. He does feel a bit fairer about it than Tina, at least, but he's also a lot more dangerous in a fight!

Oof, I do feel that. 8% banners feel like such a dice roll, my Guinivere's still stuck at +4 after sparking her 4 times. 😅 Here's to better luck in the future!
