I've had EX3 and I can say that out of everybody in the game out of all the moves that I learned how to do and all the specials and all the tag team moves Kyrie is my favorite character anybody who can defeat akuma is one of the strongest in the universe

There are licensing issues. Kairi is from a street fighter game but he's also....not. I think a different company owns the rights to these characters.

All the ex characters are owned by Arika and they will never be on a capcom game 😢. Arika made they're own game called fighting ex layer but it really needs the street fighter characters, feel plain. Also there is a story, the first ex kairi appears black hair human, then faces akuma and kills him but something consumed him and changed him. Which is why we never saw akuma on ex 2 or 3
