If you want to invest my recommendation would be invest through savings account of your wife or mother father ... For you there will he no savings account thats correct... And ITR you can file for your spouse or family member whosoever account you have been using for investments.

Its easy u have to check the new version of chart in a catalogue... Order new chart if you have old version. And then check your weekly correction log and update the chart with all the correct given for that chart in the weekly correction log

IF we are PDV and the other vessel is sailing vessel, or fishing on a port side. We have to keep out of the way but we dont have any specifications about alteration( as its mentioned in rule 15) so can we alter to port? Rule 15 applies only when two power-driven vessels are crossing, it's not applicable when vessels of two different status are crossing!???

You are correct in case of fishing or sailing vessel you can do alteration to either side. Rule 15 is only applicable for 2 Power driven vesel

Wrong interpretation " Except where Rule 9,10 and 13" It does not mean Rule 18 is not applicable in 9 and 10 , it only overrides some places where the sailing vessel or vsl engaged in fishing impedes the passage..

Very good explanation, but the valve which you marked as the relief valve that is actually the unloader , to decompress the compressor and reduce the starting torque also as you said to drain the moisture accumulated inside the cylinder. *Relief valve and bursting disc comes under critical safety.

For a vessel forward lof our beam if we hear fog signal we will reduce speed to minimum at which she kept on her course or if necessary take all our way off. my doubt is if the vessel is abaft our beam and hearing fog signal what will be our action?

Well if you hear a fog signal of a vessel behind you it means that he is close by and you will definately see that vessel on Radar and than you follow part d of this rule and alter accordingly. Please keep in mind that another vessel also has to take action as it is a restricted Visibility. You will be ahead of his beam and he will also hear your fog signal and also will reduce his speed and he will do alteration as per part (d)

In a day time you can see the vessel clearly by using binocular the aspect of the vessel can be judged visually and if u have any doubts you have to consider that you are the overtaking vessel and keep clear as it states in this rule
