I have been to this same EXACT charging station and was nearly stranded bc it kept disconnecting after 30-180 seconds. The issue is that these are FCN first gen equipment which are unreliable crap. The new ones units they've installed since then have been solid.

Your problem was that Francis sucks. I have had the exact same problem with Francis chargers and my Ioniq 5. First off, 2 or the 4 high-powered units at that site were down. They had probably been down for months or years, Francis does not fix broken units at all. Then the remaining units are crippled as you experienced. The highway you took, US 69/75, is a great shortest-route from Dallas-Tulsa, but it is not an Interstate highways, so the major charging providers such as Tesla and Electrify America only place their charging sites along Interstate highways, which is a HUGE problem and leaves Francis as the only provider, but they do such a horrible job that it is a crap shoot.
