Hey There Krazy Man.... I got the Schill today. It's one helluva pocket battleship. If the Graf Spee at Tier V took steroids....it would become the Schill. It's a beast. I got a 6-pack Kraken in just my second game with it. It's also crazy expensive but I was lucky to have accrued one particular resource that allowed me to easily get it, but I don't think a lot of players will be as lucky-so the Schill will be like the Lenin, Lion & Yoshino....you'll see it out there, but it won't be a common thing. Even though I have it, I still say Wargaming went too far with what they're asking for it...both the Borodino & the Schill would have been superior campaign reward ships compared to the vast majority of unremarkable campaign ships that they've been releasing starting with the Brisbane in Dec. of '23. Only the Lushun stands out, but that's just me.

I don't play LEGENDS and the whole thing was Greek to me.

I have the worst luck with crates. So many events and crates completely ruined by RNG. I have an absurd amount of promotion orders. Nearly a thousand. The last prim ship I got from a crate was nearly a year ago now. I'd rather just have pulled 100k global or something..

That's a real bummer, at least you had the good sense to stop. I almost tried to go for the Zao on PC recently until I realized it was going to be like 150$ and stopped 20$ for the "half priced" 5 limit crates. I just knew every crate was only going to give me 10 and never 240 tokens all the way to 670... And the tier 9 still requires you buy at least 5-10 crates, an extra one for sure because it's on an 8 and not a 10. If people want to throw away money go ahead but I can't in good conscience support gambling when the house is seriously rigged. Also they have changed dispersion a LOT on PC. Feels very slot machine compared to back when it was just USA, Japan, and Germany. So many flat broadsides get away these days, and devastating strikes are pretty rare even when you have them dead to rights.
