I think Copeland paid people to come on here and praise him...or all the comments are from him.

The Police to passing the torch to U2 tells us one thing - The Police were (and still are) the better of the 2 bands. U2 only became #1 because The Police stepped down.
@GojiAnguirus6 күн бұрын
Each member of The Police were vital to the band's success. Had *ANY* one of them left the band (not just Sting), then the band would have ended right there.

Roxanne you do have to turn that light on Because everyone is bankrupt The Sun and Moon aren't physical objects in the sky Nobody detects earth curvature. We all see our own sun and moon. Its a magic kingdom And nasa is a scam The oil is gone, we're broke.

Poor Sting. Couldn't a roadie have come out with a towel to sop up his sweat before he began singing?

I first heard the Police when driving to a soccer tournament in the back of my coach's 1986 Mitsubishi Van, we had an 8 hour drive and he had every police album on cassette tape, this moment changed my life and listening to these songs takes me right back there

Sting was in his own head at this point. But at least he redeemed himself on the 07’ reunion tour and the Police became a raw three piece band again. That was a killer tour.

Nice. But, I don't know who was the producer, to have another genious like Kenny Kirkland (R.I.P.) even as a guest or in support musician role, barely visible at all... it's outrageous. One of the best keyboardists and jazz improvisers of the era

I have always found Sting to be extremely underwhelming in live concerts. Stewart is extraordinary as ever and saves the show, but otherwise other 80s bands were much better on stage.
