It's been so many years. While they weren't the band I was most invested in back in the day, the second this started playing, I started crying. They absolutely had an otherworldly presence lead by the ethereal voice of Isshi. The sound of this song speaks to my heart. In 2022, sending love to them and our lost gem. 🤍

I wish to never forget seeing them at the Wiltern Theater in LA when they were part of the J-Rock Revolution back in 2007. I saw their live performance as someone who've never heard their music. Their presence and music was instantly captivating. They were effortlessly solid as a group, and their performance was humble yet extremely theatrical. Their music was refined and immersive without a hint of tackiness. They were so good at what they were doing that I was literally convinced there must exist the fantasy world where they came from. I was absolutely crushed when I found out Isshi passed away, because along with his band, he was a gem to this world.

I remember to this day when I woke up to the news that he had passed away so suddenly. And only a few months after they disbanded, too. Two terrible loses to the scene that I feel to this day.
