It worked, thanks so much! Was having stupid clicking sound when I plugged my Bose headphones into the Lightning Jack to 3.5mm adapter, connected into my iphone 14. This fixed it. God Bless!

Could you please confirm that whether the fluctuating sound issue is due to the fault of 3.5 jack or something wrong with phone jack since i am facing this issue everyday and calls are getting disconnected automatically. I am literally frustated in whatsapp call. I am using it for last 2 years and i am not sure if i buy a new one and the issue persist in phone that it will be a worthless purchase otherwise.

dont see this option at all on 11 now.. My problem is i have blackwire 3320 and connected to iphone using lightening port adapter. I can listen to musci and all sounds including keypad but calls go to speaker. Is it an adapter issue or some setting.

i try to connect a mic RODE using apple adapter on iphone se and got no sounds. A reste the phone ,clear settings , nothing work whit a microphone. Apple adapter is a TRRS but nothing. No solution found a this time so expect to replace the apple adapter by using an other one. An clue about that?

It is not giving me these options when I plug in my mic, there is no lightning adaptor button, it is a certified Apple lightning adaptor and my phone is just assuming it’s headphones 😫
