Perfect timing, I’m going to see a CRF250 tomoz as want to get into green laning. Is it your CRF or was it an event you attended.

Looks great craic Martin. Pity we’re not allowed on forest roads or any trails up here in the north. Big waste in my opinion. Been exploring the turf roads around Donegal. Some beautiful spots there to see
@mrkielbasaАй бұрын
@@DarrenMcKinney1 thanks Darren. Officially we aren’t allowed to ride through forest trails etc most of the land is private so no entry permitted. We were out on a few turf bogs too and the other roads are right of ways or old abandoned public roads that are rarely used. There’s a few service roads and public walker trails we use and just be courteous and stop if you see people coming etc I heard there are lots of trails in Donegal though, if you know where to find them ? Donegal is a beautiful spot.
@DarrenMcKinney1Ай бұрын
@@mrkielbasa yeah it’s fairly easy to find them with a bit of research. I could show you how I look for them or a few unreal spots to check out if your ever up in Donegal if you want to send me your email address

@@DarrenMcKinney1 that would be great thanks, I need to organise a trip up there but probably be next year now. You can email at babel @ hairyfish.net thanks Darren.

Thank you so much for posting this Martin. I believe Gol Na MBan san Ar (AKA Micky Cumbaw O’Sullivans) was also the first ever recording made of the Uilleann pipes so it’s a very special piece. I have the recording of Blackie playing this on The Pipers Gathering vol 2 however there is nothing like hearing and seeing this played live by the boys as they did for me in Doolin a couple of months ago, pure magic. Well done you!
