Hmmm I think she used to feel depressed because she intended to enter RBW to become a singer, but instead became a rapper until Hwasa thought Moonbyul was a real rapper. Of course this is painful for her in the beginning. Moreover, she got the most criticism during the training period, and because MAMAMOO was the vocal group there was very little line for her. She always felt for what she was in the vocal group if she herself could not sing & was even told to rapp with a short time:( Luckily there is another Mamamoo member who can make her survive in the group:') But now she is happy now, for real. Since the song "Paint Me" she began to be able to sing in group until now, even has a lot of solo songs, MV and concepts that suit her interests, 2 mini albums, and repackage albums and online solo concerts also later on May 30. Moreover, she can do all that without leaving her lovely friends at MAMAMOO. Isn't that great? Not all idols can have chance like her:))

Fyi, in an interview with Allure, Moonbyul said she prefers group work than soloists. She said that's feel hard without other members:')
