The personality of your Head of Youth Development affects the personality of your youth intake and Chapuisat is only 'Fairly Determined'. I would also loan in some veterans with great personalities to mentor your youth players.

Fun to follow this series. I am a Helsingborg fan who currently is doing a save with Helsingborg where I only buy players that is born in the Skåne region which is the region where Helsingborg is located. Extra nice to see that you won against Malmö in the cup, keep this going!

That's got to be tough signing only local players. I'm struggling to find good Swedish players!

You locked in Suarez, you can see when you came back in Jan he desperately needed a rest but you left him locked in
@SkinnzFM5 күн бұрын
If I didn't lock him in, then he probably wouldn't play for the rest on the season. It's one of my complaints about "holidaying". I'd love there to be a bit of logic to say "if a player needs a rest, give them a rest" but it'll play them all the time unless red injured or suspended (they'd even get played on an orange injury).

Barchan has 4 determination & is "unambitious"
@SkinnzFM5 күн бұрын
Determination is a problem, but personalities I don't read too much into. I'd rather have a technically better Unambitious player than a below average model citizen. Not saying Barchan is this, but I never really care for the personalities.

I try. But the board normally say no. The facilities are already the best in the league. So I’m not surprised that they say no.

Just a question: do you get vetter staff as well?
@SkinnzFM5 күн бұрын
Sometimes, mainly the important ones I might change (DOF, assistant and HOYD). Might also get better physios too (if the ones that are there already are bad). Most of the time I just get the DOF to do it.

48:51 Pogoń is not the city, it’s only the name. In the case of the club you train, they are based in the city of Stettin and your player has gone to a team based in siedlce
@Liam30198718 күн бұрын
If you're playing a high line + high press don't use prevent short GK distribution. You want him to go short so you can press them. If you prevent short GK distribution whilst you're pressing high one long ball and a flick on and you're done
@Liam30198718 күн бұрын
Mate make sure you're paying attention to player personalities. Seeing a lot of iffy one's. Temperamental, casual, unambitious... these guys won't fulfil their potential and might cause squad harmony issues too

I’m also noticing you sign a lot of non Swedish players. You have to have 9 swedes in your matchday squad so need to have some good swedes

How the swedish cup works. The first round is for all the lower division teams trying to qualify through knockout stages. Second round is when all the first and second tier teams joins the qualifiers. Whoever wins go through and soon will be playing the cup in the winter later. You technically don’t compete in the real “competition “ until you are in the groups stage

Damm may not have a senior team (as it's fully dedicated to youth football) but they are one of Spain's best football academies and have been nurturing Spain's professional football (even top flight teams) for decades: Players like Gerard Moreno, Aleix Vidal, Marc Casadó, Konrad De la Fuente or Keita Baldé (to name a few) either came out of or spent part of their development time there. They're also a regular on Spain's top youth flight and usually give a run for their money to teams like Barcelona, Espanyol, Mallorca, Valencia, Zaragoza and Cornellà (third tier Spanish team but with an excellent academy). You might've stumbled upon them by luck but you struck gold, so be sure to keep a very close eye on them.

Damm is one of the teams I always check. I've got a list that I will regularly check (there's probably about 30 teams now). The best bit about Damm is the cost!

Great video! looking forward to the next, i was just wondering if we could get a look in to the overall squad is looking and which players are starting
@AdamPersson27 күн бұрын
I honestly don't understand why you're confused..Basically the cup qualifiers are in the summer/autumn and then the cup is played primarily a bit before the next season starts. But you know that, so what is confusing? I get that you're not used to it, but it's the confusion that's weird. What is it you don't understand about it?
@AdamPersson27 күн бұрын
The cup isn't that weird. It's just a way to avoid match congestion. The regionals are held at a time that works for non professionals. Then the second round where all the big teams come in is played basically when it works best for both teams. Malmö FF is going to play it in december this year because they had too many European matches in the period it was meant to be played in.
@AdamPersson27 күн бұрын
You probably shouldn't focus on other teams until you yourself are in europe. That's when you can start to afford owning a loan machine where you amass talent to loan out to other teams.
@JosefBonde-q9s29 күн бұрын
Swedish cup is a bit special since we allways play the round to qualify for the group-stage the season earlier. The group stage is then like our pre-season before we start the league. If you reach the final it is in the middle of the season for some odd reason
@SkinnzFM28 күн бұрын
Does that not get a bit confusing? The same as splitting the European competitions over 2 seasons too? I know the weather is a big driving factor so they can't change it. But you could end up having a completely different squad for the knockout rounds of the competitions...

Kmiecik is a proper 'match engine' striker, his technicals aren't that good but he's a physical monster and I guess that means you batter teams in the Polish top flight!

Kmiecik is just a unit. Probably would be useless outside of Poland however.
