My latest boat a Victorian model of the great eastern , that has been at the bottom of a pond for sixty years, the hull is sound and I’m making good progress with it, I’ll show it on KZbin when it’s back on the water. It was the perfect clock, wifi-clock radio. Perfect sound, perfect size, very customizable settings, back lit buttons, easy to read interface. I'm so disappointed the servers closed down 2024. I had to replace it with a Grace Digital and there's no comparison. The Logitech was THE best internet radio.

I'm going to miss that sound. I tried using it through Line In, but the sound seems to be muffled Any ideas please?

I have just had to ( repair ? ) a VERY noisy gear drive train on one of these radios .... the problem is the last ( fast running ) gear wheel has an UTTERLY USELESS bearing mount , resulting in noise and " hunting " ... the bearing " slop " is unacceptable ! ... I have partially remedied this by packing the bearing with PTFE grease , but it should have been designed with a roller bearing system ! ... this design is brilliant in it's conception , but the addition of a few rechargeable cells ( charged by the solar cells ) would have made this a super product ( like the UK , Morphy Richards™ " Green machine " ) ............ DAVE™ ..............

The coolest radio ever that, for whatever reason, wasn't ready for prime time. The problem wasn't the radio. I believe that problem was Logitech's marketing department that didn't have faith in the product.

My 1920's Bassett Lowke had before I went gas a meth burner that woulkd fire pottery! The carved hull was a lot of fuel and fire protection. LOL!
