Hey Andrew, I love what you're doing with the daily videos and this is just my two cents, but I feel like your thumbnails are quite gloomy and make it hard to supplement the title. You obviously are very skilled in cinematography and that translates into well put together visuals, but I feel a slightly more youtuber-y touch would be to work on the clarity and colour of the thumbnails. Much love

After doing a lot of dry months, I truly don't enjoy alcohol. Also, when I see videos of me on it.. boy is it cringe. Being sober is such a great time. I think aside I'm okay to have a drink here or there. Maybe one every few months and on nights out with friends, being sober is AMAZING.

Such a well rounded perspective! Sounds like you’ve developed a healthier relationship with alcohol and yourself. 🙌🏽

So sick bro! What lighting do you use? Would be appreciated as I’ve been trying to find good lights!
@andrewjohnipe7 күн бұрын
Appreciate that! I use mainly Aputure 600X’s - they’re bi-color and this goes a long way in helping you craft different scenes. One has the spotlight attachment on it (I think 36degrees) and the other has the softbox150 on it - mainly used on the face for softer light. I also use Amaran 4ft light tubes that are battery powered (but can’t recommend them since they’re a bit faulty at times) and aputure MC’s as ways to get little bits of light in hard to hide/reach places (and those are great) Hope that helps!

You need a 15mm wrench to take off your rear wheel or if you have a quick release system you can just pull the lever upwards and it comes off.
@andrewjohnipe8 күн бұрын
Oh interesting! I’ll take a closer look. I unlatched the quick release on the side visible in the video - but didn’t mess around with the side that has the gears. Thanks for the tip!

Haha I wasn't able to try that soba this time around -- but will keep an eye out for it next time I go! Also, that's so cool to hear - it's a steep learning curve at first, but a very rewarding process of learning and applying. I've learned pretty much everything I know through KZbin and picking up things as I experiment/work on passion projects. Excited for your journey and can't wait for you to begin putting out videos one day!
