Well, of the electric scooters I have tested they get about 1/6th of the miles they claim out of a full charge if you are actually moving at top speed, even on relatively level ground so 45 km = 28 miles, but actually means it will likely only go 4.6 miles on a charge. The last mile will be very slow as it is down to less than 1/4 battery at that point.
