Products are trash. Mine stopped working after 3 months. I had to send a video to prove it was malfunctioning (what a waste of water) and then still had to ship it back to them to get my money back even though it was defective. Find a better brand, don't waste your time with this one.

I've been with Forward since before covid, and i love it 😊 No, they don't take insurance, it's a monthly membership fee. You'll still want to keep your insurance to help with things that Forward would have to refer to other for such as, MRIs, physical therapy, mental health. That being said, any visit you have (and there's no limit!), isn't just seeing a doctor, but because every Dr they have is SO compassionate and caring and gives you the time that YOU need (they LISTEN! 😄), I usually feel like I've just left a therapist's office lol. I absolutely love my Forward team 😄
