Yeah it's the Aussies lack an awe inspired "Eh?!" Or "For real?" Type of expression. The Pacifica dude has the edge that lower class Kiwis have. Our day to day discourse leaves greater room for these expressions of awe and amazement. So we can come across as the preferred option for our apparent good nature. Aussie kids just don't have an equivalent and so the culture differs and may discourage standing out to a degree rather than having awe at talent. It's just different rather than altogether absent.

Where are the rest of the performances? Much as I am a massive Dylan fan, I was actually shocked that Dylan won….was completely expecting Amy to take it out! Australian Idol this year was absolutely phenomenal! All of the top 6 artists were awesome! Their camaraderie and respect for each other is beyond what you would expect from a competition. Every single one of them should have a career in the music industry as they are all different genres. ❤
