This happened to me years ago when I first started . NOBODY ever showed those bubbles …I didn’t understand what I was doing wrong and I was embarrassed to show anyone because I couldn’t even get a screen coated . Good video man. I’ve tried 6 emulsions and ulano orange is the one I stuck with and works like a charm 👌🏽

I botched like $250 bux worth of shirts not realizing you gotta run the shirts through at least 3 times with these vastex dryers. The dwell time isn't long enough in 1-2 passes.

Thank you. This video was helpful. Starting our venture into the hat arena and this helped us. The different angles definitely helps. I liked that there wasn't any comedy, shenanigans or acting out some drama while you were essentially teaching us how to do this. Funny stuff after the video is fine. I really needed this kind of hands on no distractions while the lesson was going on. This is an ACTUAL teaching video that helps others along their business journey. I appreciated the settings information as well. The 360IQ Hat Press has those dual heating element adjustments which just adds a little more attention needed for a perfect product result. THANK YOU.

Finally a review on this press that is honest and shows something other than "this is the best press ever, it does it all" with no backup. appreciate the in use videos and angles. All the other videos I saw felt like sponsorship plugs.

We no longer do acrylic because they lose their shape, we didn't find a temp that would work and still adhere the heat transfer.

what do you use for adhesive? I see the sample patches they sent me has pre adhesive backing on it. What's best for application? Cant find anything that talks about it.
@boardwalkprintshow1743
@boardwalkprintshow1743 3 жыл бұрын
So the patches we use have the adhesive applied to them, just like the ones that came with the hat press kit. There should be a card that came with each of the samples that tells you your heat settings, pressure and time.

I stopped using PMI pallet tape for many reasons, but FYI you don't need the entire board with the PMI tape, just the main section that's being used.
