Brother I need some advice, I’ve been at Walmart for 3 months now as a stocker, it’s my first job ever, and I feel like I take too long on carts , keep in mind I’m a minor so I get like 20ish hours only a week, plus I’m only 5’8, but anyways I usually take about an hour on carts that are stacked, just yesterday I finished the dog cart in like 1 hr 30 minutes, and my top stocking is terrible I throw things wherever, how can I improve

This kinda helps me out a lot, look at the tag and if it shows the location on there you could walk over to the area and check it without having to scan it with your scanner or work phone. But if I was you I’d take a top stock cart with you and try to separate and take it and work top stock as you work
