Thank you so much for this. I see now that I've been lifting wrong this whole time. I have a bad back and i made the mistake of lifting some things incorrectly so now my back is hurting a lot.

Thank you for this video :) Working out intimidates me, especially because I've been out of shape for most of my life. This was fun and felt achievable for where I'm at right now. It's such a small thing to do, but I know doing it daily will help me take those steps towards a healthier life.

My son was the moat stiff infant ive every seen. He couldn't playvw his feet. He walked at 8 mths old but very high on his toes. The dr dismissed all of this. It wasn't until he was 3 and we went to a neurologist who put in physical therapy, eventually had boots to sleep in. However, the surgeon decided he was way to tight and we went forward w surgery whenhe was 4. Hes now 8 and im starting to see him going up on his toes a bit again. When you ask him to touch his toes he can barely reach his knees. Also needs to build core strength. We've been doing some yoga but do don't like it because hes very active and mostly because it hurts. Im quite worried. I will definitely be working with him on all the activities. I worry these were activities i should have been doing with him as a toddler. I worked with him but if i would have listened to my own instincts maybe i could have stretched him out as a baby and possibly saved him from needing surgery. I just want to make sure im doing everything i can do fir him now. Thank you for the great information!!

Nice video! In the high muscle tone condition why do you have to go back to the ideal resting tension first before going back up to the desired tension necessary to say kick a ball?

Thank you for your recommendations about medications. Most people are very negative . I can see the change with my son with different medication.

Wonderful video thank you! ❤ Very helpful & informative. My 7 year old isn't diagnosed with ADHD, but we are at the point of seeing a pediatrician about some behaviour issues. I absolutely love the little positive bit at the end, that there is a gift to ADHD & that it makes your child exactly who they are, that it has created his personality. No shame in being who you are! 🤗
