Compaction with the big tires is pretty minimal but does exist Haven’t seen a yield response to getting a tow behind instead of tow between tank tho

I’m no expert but I’d guess because they don’t stamp the torque specs of a tractor on the hood panels

Honestly don't understand why you windrow wheat. Is it not better to harvest it straight with a combiner and get it off the land? Why windrow and then harvest? Surely, doing it in two passes will give more waste and more expense? I've always harvested it with a combiner in one go.

90% of the time we straight cut our wheat but had early contracts to fill. Not as efficient but really speeds up the dry down of the crop

@windmillfarms2845 been growing soybeans for 40 years . Has them Williams soybean tall thick stems the peas were good size. Their bred up considerable now . That Stine in Iowa is a genius soybean breeder . His lines are in most the varieties now .
