We’d like to bring down his early lane poke with QQ flat damage, its scaling into mid and late game, and lastly want to increase the cooldown on his CC, making the decision making on which one you use more important.” So they don’t want good players to get rewarded by playing good with hwei,what is that logic they let other broken characters get more buffs but when someone gets better with a character that has 10 abilities and requires a lot of skill they nerf him ?

Nerfs are so heavy, our early game is pretty much over for support Hwei + E cooldown is also increased. That's pretty bad, they are trying to decrease Hwei's pick rate in general

if u kill Jhin with the use of ur ultimate u gain 3,33% magic pen for the rest of the game

it's like a kha/rengar mission, if you have Jhin at your enemy team. This quest pops out. As far as I remember it was 3 ultimate ability haste for the rest of the game. But it might be wrong though! XD

It's so bad if you are behind, because you have to oneshot your enemy for gaining gold! And if you are behind it is so hard, you can get it while you are even! But if you have a major lead or a good tempo, just go for it!

Hey bro, I'm also a ShadowFlame fan because the crit damage is so good against squisy teams and creates more kill potential. But if I have a level lead + oneshot potential. Stormsurge is a good option. But otherwise this item is so useless. Luden is also a better option too, it provides 100 AP right now after the new patch. It's my main item for my oneshot build.

Luden or blackfire torch is definetly my first item! Because of the mana issues. I tried storm surge as second, you are totally right! We are not geting so much value from it! Because we don't have a burst like syndra or veigar. But if you get ahead with Hwei, this item would be useful. Because you will definetly oneshot people and execution will be so useful for you! Cosmic Drive is not working with my play style. Because I am always playing as a sniper at the back line, that's why extra movement speed is not that useful for me. But cdr works so well with Hwei, so I will try that also. I am a only buying Cosmic Drive while I am playing Vladimir XD!

Which makes it so easy to kill them. If they have squishy champs go for one shot build! You can check out my split 3 guide, I prepared a few build for you guys!

it depends on my gold, if I can finish an item component such as hextech alternator I am going for it. But otherwise I am buying the sorcs. You can rush sorcs as first item too, but I don't like doing that XD

Riot use a cycle rotation balancing philosophia. It's quit common tactics among videogames industry. They deliberately buffing/nerfing and indirect buff/nerf some class of champ to directly or indirectly buff other. (in this patch, all AP champ and ADC were heavily nerfed, wich is a very strong indirect buff to tanks (wich is also an indirect buff to anti-tanks champ)) Thats why camille, mord and gwen are top-tier atm while they were bad/mid before patch on toplane On jungle viego and skarner rise from hell, one because he's a natural anti-tank and benefit a lot from his soul steal atm and the other because it's an now a unkillable tank with ton of cc and damage. On mid it's totally destroyed. Vex is OP rn because despite being AP, she nullify all dashing champ and benefit a lot from burning items, also she clean wave from safety and is very safe. Same thing for syndra, she can sit at tower in safety and erase wave from afar. ADC is also totally destroyed, Jhin survive only because he can tank the change of build well, also he counter really hard the only 2 viable option rn : Kaisa and Kog (both best antitank adc on the patch) Support are pretty much inchanged. Actually it's back to the Tank&Stall meta. We just have to wait until they make real change to shift the meta to something more enjoyable. Like the adc meta or Mage meta
